Our story
Since 2023, in Abidjan
PROcréal was born in Cocody Faya from a simple observation: too many talented Ivorian drafters and architects stay stuck at user level, lacking truly hands-on coaching. KOKO Landry, an FDFP-approved instructor, founded the center to close that gap — small groups, real exercises, individual follow-up. Since then, several cohorts of drafting designers and architect assistants have graduated operational, ready for Ivory Coast's construction and architecture market.

The instructor
KOKO Landry
KOKO Landry is the founder of PROcréal and the institute's lead instructor. An FDFP-approved Training Consultant (Fonds de Développement de la Formation Professionnelle), he has guided several cohorts of drafting designers and architect assistants since 2023 toward operational mastery of ArchiCAD and AutoCAD.
His teaching rests on three principles: 100% hands-on, small groups, direct transmission of field experience. He teaches what he practices: the workflows, shortcuts and tricks you won't find in any manual.
Through PROcréal, his mission is clear — training the next generation of construction and architecture experts in Ivory Coast, combining technical rigor, an entrepreneurial spirit and real job placement.
